The Healthy Communities Mid North Coast Innovation Fund Guidelines are available to download and print here.
Funding grants of up to $3000 (excluding all taxes and charges) are available to applicants located within the footprint of the Mid North Coast Local Health District.
Key dates to remember:
29 March 2018 – Applications open
31 May 2018 – Applications close
15 June 2018 – Applicants will be notified of outcomes
